1.
How will I be paid after
accepting an assignment?
TPI Staffing’s workweek is Monday – Sunday. You must submit an approved timesheet
signed by your supervisor by the following Tuesday morning for your payroll check
to be processed. Payroll checks are then available on Thursday by direct deposit,
mail, or pickup at our office.

How do I get a timesheet?
The easiest way is to enter your time through the internet but if you do not have
access, you can have one faxed to you or pickup a new timesheet at our office.
In addition, you can download a timesheet for our website. If you are on an
assignment, a new timesheet will be included with your payroll check.
3.
What do I do if my supervisor
is unavailable to sign my timesheet?
Complete the timesheet and fax to our office at (281) 890-1361 then contact us to
discuss the approval process.
4.
Do I get paid for holidays?
After working 2000 hours within a two year period for TPI
Staffing, Inc., you will be paid for the following holidays, providing you work
32 hours during the week of the holiday (24 hours for Thanksgiving Week).
Holiday
pay will be paid
for 8 hours at your average pay rate for the period. (New Years Day, Memorial Day,
July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)
5.
Do I need to call to make
myself available for another assignment after my current assignment ends?
Yes, you need to call our available mailbox at 281-890-2220 and press option 2 or
email us at available@tpistaffing.com.
6.
What do I do if I am sick
or unable to report to work?
You must call TPI Staffing as soon as possible in the event you will be unable to
report for work. Leave a message if calling during non-business hours. TPI
Staffing will contact your supervisor.
7.
Can I drive my personal
vehicle while on an assignment to perform duties for my supervisor?
No, you are not permitted to use ANY vehicle to perform any duties while on an assignment
even if asked by your supervisor. Please report to TPI Staffing immediately
if asked by your supervisor.
8.
What happens if I am injured
on the job?
You must report any injury immediately to your supervisor and notify TPI Staffing.
You will be referred to an in-network medical facility for evaluation and treatment.
9.
Does TPI Staffing investigate
on the job injuries?
Yes, TPI Staffing conducts interviews and investigates all injuries to determine
the cause of the injury and to prevent it from occurring in the future. TPI
Staffing is committed to providing a safe workplace.
10.
My supervisor asked me to perform
a duty which I feel is unsafe. What should I do?
Please inform your supervisor of your concern before performing the duty and ask
him to call TPI Staffing to discuss your concerns.
11.
What if I suspect a co-worker
of faking an injury or filing a fraudulent worker’s compensation claim?
You can call our office at 281-890-2220 and dial extension 224 or email doyle@tpistaffing.com to report a suspicious injury.
You do not have to give your name and may be eligible for a reward if it leads to
the successful prosecution of worker’s compensation fraud.
