  1.   What is your screening process?

    TPI Staffing, Inc. prides itself in attracting only qualified individuals. However, we do not want to eliminate too many potential candidates from consideration. With this is mind, TPI Staffing, Inc. works under the "screen in" policy. We visit with potential candidates to determine their availability, experience, salary expectations, employment expectations and attitude.


  2.   How is your interviewing process?

    The TPI Staffing interview process is quite extensive in that we require the candidate to complete all necessary paperwork, test on applicable software and/or skills and meet in depth with a TPI Staffing, Inc. staff member. In the interview, TPI staffing, Inc. staff will visit with the candidate to determine their skill level, employment goals, etc. The candidate's application is then processed via verifying employment references and a criminal background check

  3.   What is the selection process?

    Our selection process consists of a series of checks and balances. Once a request for personnel is placed, the Staffing Coordinator will utilize our computer database to locate candidates with the skills requested. The Coordinator will then discuss with the candidate their availability and interest level. Once the Coordinator feels confident that this person is the best candidate for the position, they are given all the specifics relating to the job.

  4.   Do you perform Criminal Background Checks?

    TPI Staffing, Inc. conducts both a local and national criminal background check on each of our prospective employees prior to hiring that individual. The background check is done to assist our company in making employment decisions, thereby enhancing the quality of our employees. The background information received is reviewed to assure that consistent, non-discriminatory standards are applied in our hiring decisions.

  5.   How do you test candidates? 

    TPI Staffing, Inc. utilizes an online testing system to eliminate the guesswork for candidates. It is an Interactive Desktop Application available via the internet or in our offices. It provides a means both to evaluate and to enhance professional, semi-professional, and office administrative skills. The Skills Evaluation software allows us to analyze the range and depth of an applicant's skills, Based on standardized instructions, automatic scoring and computer-monitored time limits, the printed results provide an accurate method of assessing an applicant's level of proficiency.

  6.   Do you provide training?

    Free training is offered to eligible personnel at our facility or over the internet. We have a Software Trainer on staff to provide one on one training, in addition to self-guided, computer based tutorials on many popular software packages.
