When should I contact my TPI Staffing Recruiter?

  • As soon as possible if you are going to be late due to any unavoidable circumstance. We have a 24-hour voice mailbox, so there is no reason for not calling in advance to 855-TPI-JOBS.
  • When your assignment is ending, and when you will be available for your next assignment.
  • If your job description changes while on an assignment.
  • If the client wishes to hire you as their employee.
  • If you have an emergency or are injured on the job.
  • If your address or phone number changes.
  • If any problem arises while on the job that you don’t know how to handle.

What is the pay policy?

You are employed and paid weekly by TPI Staffing, Inc. You will need one timesheet or online timecard completed per job assignment per week. Your hours worked must be received by the following Monday at noon. Payday is normally Friday; this may change during a holiday week. We encourage you to take advantage of our Direct Deposit service for fast and efficient payroll processing. All employees will be paid by either Direct Deposit or Pay Card. We do not mail out the check stub; check information is online for viewing.

  • Our payroll period runs each week from Monday through Sunday.
  • Payday is usually Friday of the following week. This means that it will be deposited into your bank account or pay card on Friday but please check with your financial institution for any questions on how long it will be pending.
  • If it will be delayed for any reason (such as bank closings or holidays), we will notify you in advance by email from accounting@tpistaffing.com.
  • We do not hold back any pay but pay you each week for the hours worked the previous week. (Monday through Sunday)

How do I set up my login?

Your login is created during the application process. When you have applied for employment through our applicant portal.  You will be required to enter and username password and provide to answers to two security questions. Paycheck History, Assignment History, W-2, and Accrual information can all be found in the TPI Staffing, Inc. Portal.

How should I dress for my assignment?

Dress codes vary by client company. We are committed to safety, so please wear all required safety gear and personal protective equipment (PPE) while on work premises throughout the duration of your assignment with TPI Staffing. If your assignment requires a TPI Staffing uniform, you may pick up these shirts at our office during regular business hours. Any questions, please contact your TPI Staffing Recruiter to ensure you are properly dressed for your assignment.

Do you need your employment or income verified?

TPI Staffing Inc. now uses The Work Number® to provide automated employment and income verifications for our employees.

The Work Number from Equifax is a fast and secure way to provide proof of your employment or income

Hundreds of thousands of credentialed verifiers rely on The Work Number for rapid access to information critical to their decision process, and thousands of employers nationwide have entrusted The Work Number
to provide this important service on behalf of their employees.

Additionally, the employees who work for organizations that contribute information to The Work Number can access one (1) free Employment Data Report (EDR) each year through www.theworknumber.com. The EDR provides complete historical employment and income information, as well as a listing of verifier requests for the past two years.

What is your safety policy?

Your safety is our top priority. We expect that you always exercise due care while working for TPI Staffing. Each TPI Staffing employee has the duty and responsibility of following all TPI Staffing and client established safety rules and regulations.

  • Notify your Client Supervisor immediately.
  • Notify your TPI Staffing Representative immediately.
  • If you sustain an injury after-hours or on the weekend, contact the After-Hours Emergency/Weekend Line
