Charlotte – Cash Application Specialist/Accounts Receivable – $28.00 per hour 

  • Experienced in posting payments (AFT/EFT, Wires, Checks), reconciliations, preparing daily deposits, processing payment reapplications, daily collections and ensuring overall efficiency of Cash Application function
  • Has additional Accounting and Cash Applications experience with Waste Management (2008-2023) where she applied cash receipts via lockboxes, processed online payments, divestiture refunds, AP/AR reporting, generate client invoices, research and resolve inquiries, journal entries, invoice matching and contributes to month-end close
  • Has worked in SAP, MS Dynamics, Quick Base, GreatPlains, AS400 and other programs

J. Gonzalez – Controller – $135K – $150K annually

  • Sharp and well-spoken strategic finance leader with extensive Controller and Financial Analyst experience overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance management
  • Comfortable supervising finance/payroll/IT staff, managing banking relationships and lines of credit, cash flow, and audits while providing executive leadership with meaningful financial analysis to improve operational efficiency and profitability
  • Responsible for streamlining accounting processes, strengthening internal controls, overseeing AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger functions, and implementing financial strategies

  • Highly experienced HR and Payroll Manager with 15+ years of progressive experience managing multi-state and international payroll operations, human resources, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HRIS systems
  • Able to lead large-scale payroll functions, including processing payroll for up to 8,500 employees across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC, as well as managing payroll teams and ensuring accurate, timely disbursement and tax compliance.
  • Strong background in federal, state, and local payroll compliance, payroll tax audits, benefits, leave administration, FMLA/ADA, workers’ compensation, 401(k), COBRA, EEO-1, OSHA, and employment regulations
  • Experienced in HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, policy development, and maintaining HRIS data integrity.
  • Highly proficient with ADP Workforce Now, ADP GlobalView, ADP Streamline, SAP SuccessFactors, ExponentHR, Paycom, UKG Ready, PeopleSoft, and SAGE

Skilled Trade

Jesus – Maintenance Tech – $35.00+/hr

  • Hands-on Maintenance Technician with deep experience diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing complex mechanical, electrical (low and high voltage), hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment to minimize facility downtime.
  • Familiar with performing preventative and corrective maintenance on various machinery and equipment, including CNC machines, overhead cranes, manual machinery, and automated machinery. Completed welding repairs using MIG processes.

Igor- Electrical Assembler – $25.00+/hr

  • Experienced with both mechanical and electrical assembly, followed blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Uses hand and power tools, voltmeters, equipment and machinery. Has his own tools.
  • Responsible for pulling cables, wire routing, conduit installations, labeling, terminations, continuity testing, installing wires and connections.

Cesar Welder – $30.00+/hr

  • Experienced with pipe and structural welding using TIG, MIG, Flux and Stick processes.
  • Welds and fabricates various materials, including aluminum, carbon steel and stainless steel.
  • Able to follow blueprint specifications and use equipment and machinery to perform welds and maintain company standards.
  • There is a resume gap from 2021–2023; he was in Mexico for a while due to personal reasons and returned to the USA to resume employment.
  • He does not have a high school diploma or GED.

Issac- Welder – $30.00+/hr

He has been working side contract jobs since 2025. Most recently, he welded pipe using TIG processes on carbon and stainless materials.

  • Pipe and Structural welding.
  • Welded in MIG, TIG, Stick and Flux processes on Stainless and carbon materials.
  • Blueprint reading and use of measuring instruments.
  • Operated grinders, plasma torches, acetylene torches, hand and power tools.
  • Overhead crane and forklift operator.
  • Fabrication and fitting experience.

 Alfred – Electrical/Mechanical Assembler – $25/hr.

  • Experienced in mechanical assembly and parts assembly, with a strong focus on precision, accuracy, and product quality.
  • Knowledge of point to point wire termination.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to accurately assemble components.
  • Following assembly line workflows and maintaining efficient production processes.

Jose- Electrical Assembler- $25/hr.

  • Skilled in electrical assembly, component installation, and fabrication.
  • Experience wiring breakers, switches, generators, and other electrical components.
  • Using hand tools and power tools for electrical, maintenance, and fabrication tasks.
