FAQs

How do I apply?
To complete an application, simply apply online and create an employment profile at the job. You will be asked to provide work history, salary required and other details to best match you with current job opportunities. It is very important to provide accurate phone numbers and email addresses to allow our recruiters to contact you. If your information requires updating, please call our office. The application process will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
How soon can I start working?
Job availability changes on a daily basis. Once the application process is complete, you will be considered based on your preferences and skills, and will be emailed appropriate positions. It is important to regularly check your email, since this is our primary means of reaching out to candidates, and reply back promptly when interested.
How many times do I need to apply?

Please apply one time only. Our application is a one-time, general application for you to be considered for all of our positions. If you have already completed an application with TPI Staffing, please do not apply again unless asked to do so. Your information will already be in our system. If your information requires updating, please call our office.

Do I need a resume?

In order for our Recruiting Specialists to best match your skills with our current job opportunities, it is important to upload your resume during the application. Our client companies depend on us to find the right people for their business and we carefully match your job skills and preferences to their needs. Please upload your resume in a Word Document. PDF format is not recommended.

What is your criminal background policy?
Case by Case basis.
How often should I contact your office after an application?

TPI Staffing has an automated availability feature on the password-protected Employee page of our website. You are encouraged to log in regularly to maintain availability. We realize that it is not always convenient for you to check in on a weekly basis; you are simply encouraged to stay in touch with our office so we are aware of your availability. If we do not hear from you in a reasonable time period, we assume you are no longer seeking employment.

What if I am not interested in a certain position when it is offered? Can I turn it down?
Yes. If you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. We understand that not every job is going to meet the expectations you have. We will continue to email positions to you based on your skills and preferences.
What if I am on an assignment and decide it is not for me?
If you are on an assignment and find it isn’t going to work for you, we ask that you contact us immediately. You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from our employees and they can expect the same from TPI Staffing.
What do I pay for your services?
As an applicant, you will not pay for recruiting services. We do have a Career Services Department that offers additional fee-based services beyond job placement such as resume writing and interview coaching. These additional features are completely voluntary.
How can I stay informed about open positions?

Active positions are posted daily on our website job board. You can save searches in the search jobs portion of our website to receive email notifications as new openings become available. In addition, the Recruiting Team will email you job descriptions as you match their searches.
