Cheryl Campbell founded TPI Staffing in 1988 – when her daughter was just six months old. Searching for a way to support her family while maintaining independence, Cheryl created an organization based on a commitment to providing job seekers in Texas with the career opportunities they desired. Originally founded in Houston, TPI has since expanded to have office hubs in Cypress, Spring, and Dallas-Fort Worth – and to serve candidates and employers all across the Lone Star State with administrative and light industrial staffing solutions.
TPI grew up alongside Cheryl’s daughters, Lauren and Lindsey, who learned everything there was to know about the staffing industry from their mother. In 2023, Cheryl retired and officially passed the TPI torch to her daughters, who now own and operate the business.
Throughout all its stages of growth, TPI Staffing has never lost sight of its family-owned roots – in fact, it’s one of the business’s greatest strengths. Originally founded to support a single family, TPI Staffing now supports countless families by connecting hardworking candidates with stable work and by allowing businesses across Texas to expand and thrive.
Clients and candidates are our lifeblood. If the connections we make aren’t satisfying to both job seekers and employers, we’re not doing our jobs correctly – and we won’t stop until we’ve made it right.
