Brought to you by TPI Staffing’s HR Department
At TPI Staffing, Inc., we believe that every employee, whether in our internal team or out on
assignment at your company, deserves a safe, healthy workplace. As we observe OSHA’s Safe + Sound Week (August 11–17, 2025), we’re proud to spotlight our ongoing commitment to workplace safety across all client sites and industries.
Why Safe + Sound Week Matters in Staffing
In the staffing world, safety takes on unique importance. With employees working in a variety of
environments, from warehouses and manufacturing plants to front offices, it’s our responsibility
to ensure that every assignment begins and ends with safety in mind.
How We Prioritize Safety for Our Associates and Clients
- Thorough Worksite Evaluations – Before we assign employees, we conduct safety walk-
throughs and partner with clients who share our safety standards. - Ongoing Safety Training – From general awareness to job-specific protocols, we can provide access to training to empower employees to work safely and confidently.
- Incident Response Support – Should an incident occur, our team acts quickly to coordinate care, file reports, and ensure follow-up is handled thoroughly.
- Clear Communication Channels – Associates are encouraged to report unsafe conditions
without fear. We take every concern seriously and work with our clients to resolve issues
promptly. - Strong Client Partnerships – We collaborate with clients to uphold consistent safety practices and compliance, and to support return-to-work programs when needed.
Safety Is a Shared Responsibility
We know that staffing safety is a team effort. Our recruiters, client partners, and temporary
associates all play a role in keeping each other safe. That’s why we continue to invest in safety
programs, provide transparent resources, and promote a safety-first mindset throughout every
level of our company.
This Week and Every Week… Stay Safe + Sound
As we celebrate Safe + Sound Week, we encourage you to:
- Take a moment to refresh on key safety procedures
- Participate in any safety events, toolbox talks, or check-ins
- Speak up if you see something that could be a hazard
- Recognize coworkers and clients who go the extra mile to keep others safe
Together, we make a difference. Thank you for doing your part to protect yourself, your
coworkers, and the clients we serve. Stay safe, stay sound, and thank you for being part of the TPI Staffing team!
