Spam Safety Tips for Job Seekers

Hello! To keep our talent and all applicants safe, we want to share a few safety reminders. Here at TPI Staffing we do not staff for remote work from home jobs- part time or full time.

In the event you receive a text message acting on our behalf, this is NOT secure or legitimate.

These types of scam messages are typically sent by external actors and may obtain phone numbers from public profiles or other sources outside the platform. Our IT team reviews TPI’s workspace environment including account activity, sign-in logs, and mail forwarding rules, and found no evidence of compromise, breach, or unauthorized access on our end.

Contact details like these are widely available through public sources that have nothing to do with TPI Staffing systems, including LinkedIn profiles, public job boards, and data broker lists built from prior, unrelated breaches elsewhere. Scammers routinely scrape and cross-reference this kind of public data at scale, so an individual being targeted is unfortunately common and doesn’t indicate that any client system was accessed.

When in doubt, please do not click on any links or provide personal information.

If you receive a suspicious message or have any questions about a communication claiming to be from TPI Staffing, please call our office directly at 281-890-2220 before clicking on any links or responding.

Your online safety matters to us. Please stay alert and protect your personal information.

Next Steps: BLOCK the number and report spam from your device.

Thank you, TPI Staffing
